Description:
Ok. Some of you may recall my announcement that I have moved from Savannah to South Carolina. I was going to school, but because of tuition I am now working for a year. The job I found is at a screenprinting, vinyl signage, offset printing place and seems to be pretty cool. So expect some hotrod inspired t-shirts with possible availability featuring some original art!

I've dealt with screenprinters before, indirectly, when me and my buddy started the lawn business 2 years ago we dealt with these guys at a small company that were professional and courteous but their prices were such that we could only afford a very basic design and color. But when he got the new shirts made he used his girlfriend's uncle who ownes a screen printing company and was able to get a pretty good deal on some pretty cool looking work shirts.

so far, what i've learned is that any idiot can do it. the other print workings of the place are more difficult, but not hard by any stretch. I like it because there are different things to do everyday and I enjoy making things.

#2, Silkscreening [by hand] is a bitch to do. Luckily it sounds like you'll be working with some sophisticated machines that should make things easier. Hardest class I ever took was Silkscreen 1.
