After a Google search, this is the only red CGT I can find pictures of that ever made its way through Caesars, and the dealer there is permanently closed. :( However, this was 2007 that Caesars had theirs. The car Walker died in was once owned by Eric Olberz of Sport Chalet (not sure when he purchased it) who barely drove it and sold it in 2008, then Rodas bought it from the person who owned the car after Olberz. Rodas must not have had it very long because it had CA license plate 7CCY590 which would have been almost a brand new registration when it crashed in late 2013. It's not inconceivable that it's the same car. VIN # WP0CA29815L001131 if you want to dig deeper.

Tracing the history of 0479 GT, I kind of doubt this was it. Apparently it was sold new in California, sold privately to another owner in California in 2007, then sold to another owner in Dallas in 2009. http://autoweek.com/article/car-new...ss-country-life

#10, Also, this car has Ascot interior, whereas 0479 GT had Dark Grey interior, like most Guards Red CGTs. I believe this car is more likely to be 0177 GT or 0540 GT, as those are the only Guards Red over Ascot CGTs in the registry sold new in the US.
