Pretty much every wheel in the 17x8 or 17x9 family weighs over 20 lbs. I'm not that good at lying to myself.

#47, I won't have my car back for another 3 days, at least. Fuck, no one knows for sure when. The work will cost 3500pln. To put it into perspective: the car cost 750pln, a typical 1.4l 1986 costs 1500pln and my father's 1993 not pretty but perfectly fine Tipo is worth 4000pln. I have to give back half of the sum to my parents. Even before I had no money for fuel (don't even start me about tires) to practice, now I'll probably won't rally that bet-up, leaking 60hp piece of shit at all till I find a job. How can I NOT hate you?

Damn, I'm a little, high-strung bitch. That time of the month? Or maybe rather I need my fix, I need my fucking car, no matter how laughable and pathetic it is. Maybe I need to fucking rally, no matter how bad I'm at it.

Nice car, Lemming, I've always liked the mid nineties Cobras. Come to think of it, I've always liked Cobras in general.

Well, they drove for 25 hours straight starting on Monday morning and made it all the way out here yesterday. They'll be delivering the car to me in another couple of hours, then I'll drive them to the airport so they can go back to PA.

Of course, then I have to jump through all the regulatory hoops, including an emissions test, paying "use tax", etc. I'm looking forward to finishing that so I can commence the project.

#59, "the project."? Don't you mean "the horrific experiment"? :P
