Description:
Two items that take pictures, but two very different ways to do so. (of course the DSLR has better quality, but you can't put it in your pocket) |

We have a little Pentax roughly the size of the pictured Sony. I love that thing, it's what I take most of my pictures with. Only problem with it is that I'm scared I'll break the damn thing.

#6, It's a good improvement over the Pentax 18-55 kit lens, sharper at 35-50mm. Gets a little soft at 17mm(slight vignetting) and 70mm, but it's not that noticeable. If you want to replace your kit lens; it's worth a look. The 17-70 range is very convenient as a walk-around lens. Nikon has a lot more lens options, but you should take a look at it. It's not so ridiculously priced as other lenses.
All I need is a fast prime lens and a decent telephoto and I'll be set. Those all-in-one 18-200mm(250) look tempting but the picture quality tends to not be as good. I returned the Tamron 18-200mm I didn't think the zoom was worth sacrificing picture quality.
