This is an early-style 944 clutch that uses a rubber insert instead of springs to dampen vibration, the downside, after 20 years, the rubber gets brittle and fails. As you can see, all around the base, it ripped completely away from the clutch plate, when you put it in gear, it just sits there and freewheels on the end of the crankshaft. Power never gets to the drivetrain or the wheels. |

Are you gonna beef up this car powertrainwise any? Are you gonna do any visual enhancements to it? |
