#3, Bottom line, if you don't have a construction company/horses/a racecar etc, you probably DON'T need a dually.

If I was a landscaper I could imagine I would have use for a dually's stronger axle, whenever my buddy gets a yard of topsoil or whatever in his truck the load always mashes his whole bed down. That, and the hauling capacity would prove useful.
