As far as restomods go, this is pretty fucking nice. The stance and color are perfect. |

Surprisingly, those wheels look good on this. In fact, it's a pretty nice car overall, though it could stand door handles.
#1, I guess I'm going to have to stop using the term "restomod," since I keep seeing it applied to cars like this. Restomods are supposed to be stock looking restored cars with hidden modifications....this by definition should be a street rod. |

#2, I always associated the term with vintage muscle cars with modern wheels, drivetrains, etc. |

#3, Eventually you hit a point where there's no "resto," though. It may be a grey area, but too often I see cars that are blatant street rods labeled as "restomods."
This one, from the raised hood scoop, the modifed side scoops, the shaved door handles, the apparently custom-made front lip, to all of the aftermarket components, is very heavily customized, though the overall effect is somewhat mild. The only things resto on this car are the paint color and the tail stripe....and the tail stripe looks more like a custom one inspired by the factory Super Bee stripe. |

#7, True. But when I looked at this "street rod" didn't pop into my mind. We all have mental images of how each different type of car modification typically looks. When I saw this my mind went to "restomod" because I usually associate "street rod" with older 40s and 50s cars. But all in all this thing is probably just a trailer queen show car. |

#9, "Pro-Touring" is a particular school of customization, focusing on all-around performance (and usually big wheels).
I would classify this as a Pro-Touring streed rod, yes. |
