Massachusetts uses the same guide.

Not to mention the occasional random A-hole going 65 with snow on the highway.

#1, we get that here as well.
Do you guys ever get the random bus drive who feels the need to drive 10 over and try to brake while turning?

#1, Honestly, I used to do it. Felt invincible I guess. Kinda like a challenge. I knew I could be dangering others.
I stopped though. Not for the moral aspect but just because.

#2, Haven't seen that one, tho we did have a bus driver once who was stopped by the cops for going quite a bit over the speed limit-some old guy.

#4, letsee.. today I observed a Grand Am driving down the cleared off sidewalk? What the? Also witnessed some dudes in an older 2WD Suburban with mass amounts of rust go into a corner way too fast and end up slamming headlong into a fire hydrant. Whoops.

When I saw a car stuck in a snow bank, I offered to help. Two other cars stopped and try to dig underneath it but no luck. And we were working our ass off with the smell of burnt rubber and funk in the air. Then a guy came by with a tiny Caterpillar multi-terrain loader saying "Couldn't help but notice you guys need some help."

After we got through literately ROFL, he tied a chain to the car and moved it.
Funny thing is, I helped someone else earlier that day.
