It's getting so you can really judge people by how they modify their cars, although shit like this will probably just imply that they're pop-culture whores with too much money. But who isn't these days?

#11, Theres not many places in the US where you see MANY cars of this nature done well outside of Miami(its actually the norm there really) and Atlanta(to an extent). Most I see around here are done shoddily and shitty and can sometimes be seen broken down on the side of the road.
