#12, Yeah, that was before the days of marketing skills being as important (or even moreso) than driving skills, although the peak of his career was at the beginning of that new era. He left Opel because he didn't want to be associated with promoting tobacco (Rothmans was a major sponsor of Opel factory team), IIRC. |
