Description:
Evidence that Chiropractors don't go through the same level of schooling as a regular doctor. (Whose should be Who's) Shameful.

best way to get rid of back pain? Make your back muscles stronger. Weightlifting, working out, etc.

#3, Walking. I knew a guy who was told by several doctors that he needed back surgery. Then one doctor recommended that he start walking 5 miles a day...every day. Healed his back completely.

I hurt my back real bad about a year ago, it was bad enough where I thought I might have seriously fucked myself up. When the pain receded I managed to get myself to a doctor who just prescribed some pain meds and told me to lay on my back for a while. Afterwards I started walking alot more, at least 2-3 miles a day for a few months. My back's still sore sometimes but it's alot better.

#3, Weightlifting is also a great way to mess up your back, if you're not careful.

#5, definitely - I'm not recommending pressing 300#s here... just something to use the back muscles. I used to suffer from back pain until I started working out.

i wonder how long it'll take doctors and chiropractors to realize we have a long way to go research wise before we can actually diagnose and treat back problems properly. if 5 doctors can give you 5 different ways to heal your back, it's obvious we need more research.
