Description:
The financing went through. I sleep on it tonight to see whether or not I pick it up this weekend.

If so, bye bye SVX.

1999 528i, sports package, five speed, 17" BBSs, 129K miles, clean like it's new.

i dunno if i'd do it. i love BMs, but i think you got somethin more under the radar with the SVX. maybe if it was an M i'd say go for it. to me, SVXs are a car more car enthusiasts can appreciate, whereas the BM isn't.

i dunno man, do what you gotta do. i, personally, wouldn't pull the trigger on it.

id much rather have a well kept/restored SVX. ive never been a fan of common BMW's especially the sedans. too many driven by dicks. but if its going to be a pure dd i guess its an upgrade. im sure the inside is much nicer, but the outside is boring.

its a lovely car - the straight-6 is supposed to be quite dependable. Plus a manual tranny = driving fun. I would do it.

Nice machine.. expensive parts, but I'd do it. Just make sure to post some videos/sound clips.

edit : holy fuck that car looks clean

Smog records show this car likely lived over 140 miles away from thirtyseven at the time it was posted. Is it that hard to find a black BMW 5-series with a stick in Southern California?
