I think it's Russian. It's an Oka(?) city car functioning as the cabin, plus, it just has this air of Russian primitive, yet ingenious badassness around it, rough around the edges and all.

#1, You are correct sir, about the Oka part... otherwise known as the VAZ-1111... and holy fuck, some company actually sells Okas in America http://www.okaauto.com/okanev.htm 0_0 (not street legal though, obviously)
