Description:
The photo does not do this Buick Century justice, as it cannot capture the 120 or so decibel rap music that was coming from it, or the pair of gangstas bobbing along to the beat.
That said, the wheel clearance looks very odd in the front, especially considering that the car was driving straight.

120 sounds about right cuz they likely have a shitty system in there unless you're talking about the highs. 120db bass aint shit but 120db highs can melt your ears.

#1, I mean it was loud as hell in general. Like ludicrously loud.

#5, My point is that driving while blasting music - I'm not going to comment on the quality of the music itself - so loud that the driver could not possibly have heard anything else, was stupid.

#6, Thats it? my music isn't loud enough until it hurts and even then that might not be enough. I'm not gonna be an asshole and drive through a neighborhood @ 1am with it though

Then again, I listen to a stock Delco AM/FM stereo cassette with 4 stock speakers, and roll on 14s. *shrugs*

#8, as far as my personal car is concerned, rims are the LAST thing on my list, even though I do like the bright and shiny ones lol. I'm wayy more into audio.

#9, My bigger concern is that it drives well and will get me from A to B and back :P
then comes functioning A/C
then comes audio
then comes wheels.

That looks pretty darn weird, the fore/aft wheel placement more so than the front ride height. Both of my own cars have a similar issue (and it's more obvious on the V6 car due to its body style), but that's because some of the modifications lengthened the wheelbase by about an inch. It looks really weird to see something like that on what I assume is a stock suspension.

i won't lie, i love loud music. highway and city drivin is nothing but my music to maximum level (especially now that i got my new infinitys). but when i'm in a residential area or a parking lot, i turn the volume down to half. not only is it courteous and respectful, but it makes you NOT look like an asshole.

Nothing pisses me off more than a Harley climbing the hill behind my apartment when I'm trying to sleep. Loud pipes only save lives because I'm unarmed.

#16, Even better, a late-model Harley with a CD player blaring extra-loud so the rider can hear his music over the pipes.

#17, If I ever hear such a thing, I will commemorate the occasion by buying some rifles.

The way this picture is composed, it looks like the car has an addition to the back of the roof.
