Given the builder* and the time period it was built in, I'm amazed it's this restrained. I like the wheels and the color, in particular.
*Don't get me wrong....John Buttera was a very skilled and very influential builder in the world of hot rodding, but he was always a bit on the trendy side. Most of the stuff he built in the '70s was scroll-painted, 6-71 blown, had flip-up one-piece fiberglass fronts with wheel flares, and usually with chopped tops and electric sunroofs. |
