Because state inspections aren't mandatory in all 50
In PA, this would be an insta-flunk, more than 4 inches between body and frame is not allowed, but the crowning pants-on-head retardedness is that he hasnt raised those axles, so he can't go anywhere he couldn't go before, in fact, he's now probably more limited due to the higher center of gravity that'll have him rolling it over on a loose manhole cover.

doesn't beat the massively lifted Ram Daytona at Taco Johns hung up on a rock I saw earlier this weekend though. |
