Disconnect everything between the body and the motor.
Pull.

Probably cam failed, or transmission failed.
Also to remove engine and trans
Take out 4 subframe bolts. 18mm
Take out 6 strut mount bolts 13mm
Cut brake lines and fuel lines
Disconnect airbox (10mm or flat head screwdriver) and everything else you want
Cut the rest.
Have yard lift body up
Done.
My fiance DD's my SHO now. I'm rolling in my Caprice until it sells. I still beat the snot out of the SHO once in awhile though.
