The hubcaps need to die a fiery death... but I love these kei cars with retro-conversions...

I saw Teddy Bear caps on a couple minivans, I could never get the concept of making your automobile look like something out of a bad 80's kids show. I know people are sticking lame fake "spinna" hubcaps on their cars but the reason for that is obvious. Are they making some kind of attempt to entertain their toddlers?
