Looks like a terrorist training map.
What's more - the Canadian territory of Hudson's bay seems suspiciously vacant - likely full of terrorist training camps.

Good old Chicago, Wisconsin. Not to mention Atlanta, North Carolina.
And apparently the city of New Orleans has been moved to the Mississippi border, adjacent to Vicksburg. Smart move, what with the hurricanes and what not.
