This is a very early Loadstar, BTW. The hood badges look like 1962-1963, the first two years of production.

I'm willing to bet there's some illegalness to this. It seems to disappear for a few days, then returns to the very same spot. I've seen electrical cords being run through it and into the apartment behind it. The windows are now spraypainted over, and any attempt to sell it, offer it for sale is pretty much nil.
