I downloaded one of these for Midtown Madness 2 once. It needed a San Francisco hill to top 40mph and was the only car in the game I've ever been able to drive the wrong way on the freeway without hitting anything, because it was narrow enough to straddle the lane line.
That said, this is a very nice, clean example.

#3, Heh....I used to love MM2. I never knew of a 2CV, but I do remember rampaging through London in a Komatsu 930e on a few occasions. Good times.

#4, I miss MM2. I had this early 90's silver gto concept that instead of a handbrake - had an inter-dimensional warp drive that could easily crack 800mph.

With the water mod and the car - SF became a city of ramps viewable only by air.

#4, The 2CV was a fairly poor-quality model, but in the unlikely event you still have MM2 I think I found the car. I think this is a quicker variant though.

#5, The "nawwws" handbrake upgrade was common.....I used to have a '57 Chevy Nomad that had the same thing. It was crazy to put the car in neutral and just hit the handbrake, and suddenly be going 200 mph with no exhaust sound at all. @_@

#6, I still have MM2, but not installed. Now having a source of download cars I'm unfamiliar with, I may reinstall it and screw with it around a bit when I can pry myself from Street Legal: Redline and Rigs of Rods.

#7, If you ever want any, I have about 100 downloaded cars, some of which aren't available anymore online.

#7, Reminds me of the Super-fast cars mode in Driver for the PC... not a mod, it's an actual unlockable cheat...

...when you get the car going really fast, hitting the cruise control button actually makes the car go even faster, with almost no limit to the maximum speed.

#9, The '57 T-Bird tops out at around 357 mph in Super Fast Cars mode and pops a wheelie for about 1/4 mile if you gun it from a stop. Quite fun for about 5 minutes but not terribly useful. I usually use the Super Fast Cars cheat on the slower cars that have a lower center of gravity.

#8, What are some of the notable ones you have that aren't anywhere else? You've piqued my curiousity.

#11, I have the 6K, for one. I also have a lot of lowpoly cars that are kind of crappy, they're from an apparently defunct German MM2 side that had hundreds of cars. I also have a traffic mod that replaces the generic traffic cars.
One question: did your game have trouble processing highpoly cars? Mine crashes when I try to use really highly detailed cars.

#10, I actually rather enjoy doing the last mission of the game in the President's limo at 200mph. :P

"Nice driving, son."

#12, Nah, not even on my old 800 Mhz computer. I always used to get the highpoly versions of Stormforce 7s classic Mustangs (considered at that time to be the best cars for the game).

I never could run the game with pedestrians, though....they always left weird black trails everywhere. And my view distance was always pretty much limited to "over the next three hills."

#14, I have his '69 Boss 429. That was a nice car, not many breakable parts though.
