#4, Not surprising... this car formed the basis for the second-generation Hyundai Grandeur... the third-generation Grandeur (ok, completely unrelated to this) was sold in America as the XG.

#8, Most likely. Reminds me of the time I was playing GT4 and ice racing with a Prius, which has a foot operated parking brake. I was doing pretty well tapping the handbrake button in corners to swing the rear out a bit and then realized after winning the race that what I did was basically impossible. :P

Late model Renault Scenic has a button operated handbrake. You push the button and there's a sharp whriling sound as the cable is electrically wound up. The moment I saw it I thought 'not fun'.
