Definitely done right for a '73. It's got a '70-'72 front bumper (but on '73-'74 bumper spacers), '70-'71 RT hood with a '70 hood stripe (and custom underbody stripe), and what appear to be American Racing Vector wheels in just the right diameter. I can't tell what the hood callouts say, but I'd be curious to know.

Retaining the stock side molding is an unusual decision, but given that the car is trimmed in black, it works really well here.

#3, Part of the fun of early '70s Mopars is seeing how the owners combine parts, particularly on the later cars. Since 1973 and 1974 cars still had the same basic body as their earlier counterparts, but have lower-level running gear and some more undesirable parts like huge bumper guards and less sporty trim, it's interesting to see how an owner will combine the better parts of a 1970 Challenger on a 1973, or put a 1971 Charger hood and grille on a 1974, or swap a 426 Hemi engine and badges onto a 1973 Roadrunner.
