I say they rename it the Impala and drop that cars current lame duck W-body platform. However it'd be a gamble seeing as how big RWD V8 powered cars are seemingly going the way of the dodo in America (GM cut its production by a whopping margin this year). I'd keep the LLT V6 trim though, and probably drop the high level GXP trim in favor of a more reserved SS option with the L76 V8 it has now. The things biggest strength is that it unseated the Charger as the best in the big sedan market, but it is built as the best handler in GM's lineup (next to the Vette of course) so I'd focus it against the sport/luxury markets like Mercedes and BMW more.

#6, The trouble is nobody bothers to research. People don't take pride in their automotive purchases; buying a new car just seems like work to most people. They pick out something that they think looks cool or cute, and buy it without a second thought. |

#10, They should adapt the Ecoboost V6 for the Mustang, then boost hp on the V8. |
