The comments on that news story are utterly predictable. Everyone says the same thing, asks the same rhetorical question. Might as well have a copy-paste function when commenting.

Naturally, when those commenters are all over 65, they won't be on the side of people that age arbitrarily losing their licenses.

My grandma is in her mid-80s and probably drives better than some of the girls at my high school did. She knows her limits and doesn't drive at night when she has difficulty seeing. And thankfully, unlike one of my parents' friends, my grandma doesn't panic and swerve every time someone approaches a stop sign on the right, or freeze in a big rig's blind spot without passing it.

I'm at a loss here. First, there were only TWO pedals, right? With the brake pedal being much bigger than the accelerator. Second, I suspect it was a V6 but ACCIDENTALY hitting the wrong pedal shouldn't take you so far unless you're driving, I don't know, a tank? A top fuel dragster? A space shuttle? The guy must've kept it pressed down for a while.
Oh, and don't laught at me but I kinda like the way those Camrys look, especially the rear.

I want to know how so many letters got knocked off the Customer Service sign. Seems to me like the car's too far away from it to have done that.

That reminds me, some nut rammed a '74 Cutlass Salon on large IROC replicas into a Walmart in San Jose on Easter Sunday last year and started attacking people with a steel bar before he was subdued and arrested.
