All the clean sedans of this era get blinged. There was a nice white over maroon 1989 Caprice four door around here for sale with only 27,000 original miles on it, still looked brand new. The owner must've been proud, too....it had an asking price of $8,000.

Anyway, somebody bought the thing and immediately put 20s on it. >_<
