Judging from the style of the wheel and the emblem, I'm guessing this is from a late '30s Ford truck. Flathead V8 model.

We must be really dumb, because everyone here seems to agree that they don't put '30s era wheels on new trucks. Especially not ones that have paint chips, spots of rust, and are wearing what appear to be 60 year old tires or reproductions thereof.
