Something about the idea of a vintage car crash, preserved exactly as is, is really interesting to me.

I wonder what year it crashed, and how it came to be in a German museum?

#2, It has California black plates on it with no year tag, and the bumper sticker is a fall semester student parking permit for Long Beach City College with the year scraped off. I really don't know when it crashed, only that it arrived in Germany in November 1993 and the lender wishes for the car to be preserved as-is.

I love the dash; 3 guages, looks 3 lights, a button and a key. Do you really need more?

This is a first-year 1954 Speedster, BTW, based on several details. They only made 200 of them.
