#1, Dunno why, but I kinda like it. Maybe its the interior/exterior color. Newer front grille. If the bumper were different and bi-focals were removed, it would look actually nice.
I'm trying to figure out what the fan/bi-focals were for.

#3, They were an aftermarket piece designed specifically for these Eldorados back in the 1970s....I've seen a few with them.
They're just supposed to make the car look like it has giant round headlights.
