The bodywork is very poorly done....look how lumpy it is around the headlights.

#1, Some of the "lumps" may be due to the car's proximity to that tree. Dappled shade on just one small part of the car, perhaps?

Another case where I hope that the DeSoto that formerly owned that bumper was in a very bad-state, and not salvageable.

#5, It's period correct because most of the custom work on this car was actually done in the early '60s.
