Hmm... I know nothing about the stock autos in these, but I might lean towards one if it didn't suck. For racing, I like the consistency and reliability. Sure, a manual's more fun to drive, but I'll take an auto for any sort of serious drag racing.

Saw pics of a special-order Camaro drag car that still had it's dealer invoice on the window, a bit bleached and curled up, but still readable, some of the "options" included "tow bars" "Traction bars" and "No Tach" that's cool
