Looks like Figoni & Falaschi coachwork....though if the Willy Hartmann Cadillac is any indication, not every design that looked like their designs was by them.

#3, I'm familiar with the Hartmann Cadillac; it lives about 10 miles from me at the Blackhawk Museum. :)
