the fact it looks just like a passat is the best and worst thing about it. Without a limiter this can hit 201(according to Clarkson) and possibly more.

#4, There's just something grossly wrong with equating VW with luxury or prestige. Even a Skoda Superb Laurin & Klement* (which basically *is* a Passat) seems a much better 'affordable luxury/prestige' vehicle than any VW.
* I'm not sure they offer the new one in that trim, though.
