#3, Actually, Jianling stole the styling of the 2nd-generation Rodeo, and put it on a copied version of the 1st-generation Rodeo's chassis.

#2, At least the various GMT360 SUVs had different styling across the brands, rather than just a grille-swap. (Ok, well maybe the Isuzu GMT360 was essentially a GMC with a grille-swap, but still...)

I was actually thinking about buying a beater lwb 1st gen Isuzu Trooper to see how offroading feels some time ago.

I was always intrigued by the Acura SLX. Mostly because I wondered why the heck anybody would pay that much for a Trooper.

I always thought the Trooper was better looking than the SLX anyway.
