Really am quite stumped... been trying to randomly do Google Image Searches for Australian, South American, South African, etc, cars... to no avail.

Ok, finally found it. I remembered the last time I racked my brain trying to figure out a weird (but oddly familiar-looking) car... and that time, it was a Simca...

Looking up Simca do Brasil... and some Google Image Searching reveals that this is a Simca Esplanada.

Partial credit should probably go to Skid, since he's the one who figured out the earlier Simca from a while back, which put me in the "Simca" mindset...
