Nitpick: This is a 1990-1992 model, when they were just referred to as "Cadillac Broughams" (which was actually from 1987-1992). The "Fleetwood" name during this time was just used on the biggest FWD Caddies.

And yeah, the wheels are absolutely shameful.

If you can change a non-4wd car's oil without needing to put it on a floorjack or garage-lift, then it's too high.

...and it being on shit stupid-fad rims, even if the suspension isn't raised that much, still makes it too high.

#4, Well the "fad" has been around about 10 years now, and shows no signs of stopping, unlike the whole rice thing, which started to fizzle out 3-4 years ago

#3, Higher than stock = too high.

Hell, on some cars stock = too high

#6, well... for the sake of argument, we all know design trends come and go. Some last a long time, others very little. some examples: Those aweful monochrome streetrods of the 90's, Pro-Streeting every muscle car (shifted to g-machines), rat rods, the whole rice trend in general, etc., etc.

#8, Don't forget custom vans, street-going dune buggies, and wide-wheeled minitrucks.

Personally, I'll be glad when the whole stretched-tire thing finally dies out.
