One thing I find interesting, where automakers tried placing headlights in the early era of the automobile... some did it at either side of the base of the windshield, some put them on the outer-edges of the fenders, some in front of the grille, some, like this, put them on either side of the grille, and one wacky little automaker (Peugeot) put them *behind* the grille...
