Amazing how fast these all disappeared, when I was in grade school, they were everywhere, when I was in high school, they weren't unusual first cars for teen drivers, when I was in college, they were kinda rare, and now, I never see any..... |

#2, I credit that to the lack of snow and road salt in your area, rust ate these things alive where I live. |

#5, Yep...and the fact that these were quite prone to rust (nearly all the ones here have rusted-out rockers and surface rust on the bumpers) doesn't help. |
