Yup. There's a few that show up to car shows here, and they get laughed out/made fun of. This one dude in my neighborhood has one, and he decided to try and top it out on 35W, and got spanked by a new Escalade ESV with the 6.2 that tried to race him.

I've always wondered what the point of these were. Kind of like recumbent bicycles, a solution looking for a problem to solve by being really goofy-lookin'.
Personally, I think the problem it solves is "too much cash in your wallet"
