#1, he was motioning "no-no" and then right after I took the pic he peeled out nearly mowing over a bunch of pedestrians. Shortly after, he got pulled over.

not to defend his driving behavior, but not everyone wants their photo taken. And yes, i've read all of the "if you are in a public place" bullshit.

#4, He can "not want" it all day, as if the world revolves around him, but throwing a temper tantrum over it just makes him an immature jackass.
If you don't want your photo taken, don't go out in public....it's not bullshit, it's the reality of modern life.

#6, why do I seem like a jerk? I'm just trying to flip the coin... if people have the right to take photographs in public, other people should equally have the right to not want to be in photographs, right?

#8, doesn't mean they have to be an asshole about it and nearly run over a bunch of people whilst trying to "elude" a photog.
edit: if you have a rare vehicle, you should expect attention.

#10, you seemed to say the "if you're in public" thing is a lame excuse. Which it isnt. It's legal matters. You've also complained about how unfair the idea of an unmarked cop car is.

#8, Yes, really. Chances are, if you go out in public, you're going to end up in someone's photograph. If everyone took on that attitude of "OMG the camera will steal my SOOOOOUUUUUL!" then urban photographs in particular would never get taken.
