I hardly ever see them here anymore...I know of one beaterish white one in town, reminds me of kstagger's.
The bling crowd is big here, but they mainly just do '80s and '90s Caprices and Roadmasters, with a few Crown Victorias and '70s Impalas here and there.

Car looks straight out of 2003. Paint it one simple color, get rid of the hood(unless it has some ungodly motor under there), that interior, while the work looks quality, its ugly. Get rid of the wayy too high lift, better wheels, possibly budniks or something 3piece and staggered as well as thinner tires.
