Okay, first off...I wouldn't want to be standing where that pic was taken...and second...why'd they blank out the driver's face but not the license plate?

#14, It's a photoshop. The K-car was probably photographed while parked, then shopped to make it look like it's moving. You can tell if you look closely at the backend. The truck was also apparently added to the background.

It just looks like someone blurred the pic. I dont think it's a photoshop.

The picture has been blurred, but I still think it's a synthetic picture. If you look closely at the vehicle's outlines (especially the cab of the truck), they look like they've just been dropped in. There's also the obvious question of how someone could be standing there.
