The rust repair is a good start, assuming it's been properly done. But those hubcaps have GOT to go.

#1, No repair; it sat in a garage uncovered for 15 years. Stock hubbies are in the trunk so they don't get stolen.

#2, That gray primer in the lower quarter certainly looks like it's had rust repair at some point.
