Description:
I was getting the distinct impression that the Sentra was headed down a one-way street to unreliability... just a gut feeling, and it still had a fair amount of instrinsic value, trade-in-wise.

New car. ...and I mean "New", as in, it had less than 50 miles on it when I bought it.

2011 Mazda2 Touring. 2300lbs, and it "feels" a lot like my old Mirage, but much more solid, and WAY better equipped.

#41, Am I that predictable? :P

I was considering getting "DIRF" at first... but that's a bit... internet-nerdish.

...I'd rather go for Japanese-nerdish.

#42, I was gonna guess that as a second guess. Still, I think the worst one I've seen (not worst, just geekish) is.. well
HENTAI on my friend's Subaru Legacy 2.5GT
and..
AXLAMPS on his roommate' Mazdaspeed 3

I'm happy for your automotive happiness! I can honestly say that for the first time ever I have a car I wanted to have. It remains to be seen if I keep it for longer, money and reliability can conspire against it.

#42, Well, there was a vanity plate here in town on a BMW that read "B4K4"

And, I also liked the one that read "XQQME" and the one on the contractor's pickup that read "ITZ FXD" and an old Geo Metro with a plate that says "THEGEO"

Someone around here has (or had) a 2 just like this one, with a personalized plate that said "DIRFIE". I only saw it once, a year or so back, but it freaked me right the hell out.

#42, You'd be surprised. 80189

I saw a Subaru with the plate "1337WRX" today, and a Toyota Yaris 3dr hatchback with "PUNY TOY". Also a Tahoe with "AH PCKLS". Guess someone likes pickles.

Wow, memory jogs, There was a Maroon F-150 in town here a year ago that had "DED DUK", and another F-150, this one a flare side that had "AHOYM80" and an Orange Honda Element that has "ORNGCR8"

#54, *nods*

Checked the FL DMV site at the time, saw it was available, and it was time to re-up my registration anyway...

Found a really good deal online... went ahead and ordered them... worst case scenario, I don't like them, and put the stock units back on... http://photo.ricecop.com/pics/smoke.jpg

#58, I like the stock units a whole lot better so far, but that's to be expected coming from a purist like me. How much were they? Let's see how they look on the actual car. o:
