i touched this car (believe it or not) at the ford racing 100 year celebration in detroit, no body was around and i was some what alone with it so i did it. this has to be my most favorite ford race car ever. oh and dan gurney and a.j. foyt had it in excess of 220m.p.h during the 1967 LeMans.

I wonder how many NASCAR stockers would survive a 24 hour race? You certainly don't see as many blown engines as you used to back in 80's, I wonder.....

So...it doesn't look like the original earlier GT40s, so F-in' WHAT?! It's STILL gorgeous.

But yeah, not AS gorgeous as the earlier ones.
