Note that the doors, cowl, front fenders, and front section of cab are all the same as the 1967-1972 F-series.

I'm guessing it's South American, since they continued to use that same body into the '80s and '90s for their "F1000" pickups.

The middle of it vaguely resembles the cab of an F-series mated to the roofline of an E-series van....
