Sure it's a clone? Warlocks were available as Power Wagons, and this one looks to have the correct Warlock equipment, apart from the Lil' Red Express-style exhaust stacks.

#4, Black's the most common color, but they were also available in orange, two shades of red, and two shades of green. This one might be Canyon Red Sunfire Metallic, one of the factory colors offered. Then again, the upclose shot of the emblem makes it look orange, so it might be Sunrise Orange, too. Since you saw it in person, I'll leave that judgement to you.
