Meridian PD has a few of them now, too. Although their previous Crown Vics were all either black and whites (in this paint scheme), or solid white with red lettering, the Caprices are solid black with white lettering.

The only agency in this area with Caprice PPVs right now is Indialantic... most police agencies in the area have regulations that prohibit the acquisition of foreign-built vehicles...

When Indialantic got their PPVs, they changed their paintscheme... used to be simply an all-white car with a shield logo on the door and "Police" on the fender... their new scheme is rather modern, yet understated. http://www.flickr.com/photos/31491939@N05/7339777904/

The town of Danville (next to my city of San Ramon) has a Caprice or two in addition to their Crown Vic fleet. The officer drives it like a bat out of hell whether he's on a call or not. My town is still mostly dependent on CVs though they've had at least one Charger since 2006.

The Port Authority has them. I see them by the bridge and tunnel tolls.

The NYPD is going to use the new Ford Interceptor I think.
