Well, if you're going to have that plate, you might as well stick some red and yellow 1970 Judge "eyebrow" stripes on the sides, fake RAIV hood scoops, a hood-mounted tach, a Judge wing, and the tiniest mag wheels you can find.

It wouldn't be fast, but it would be adorable.

It's from a recurring character on the 1960s sketch comedy show "Laugh In," which was really popular with the youth/counterculture of the time.

Incidentally, the Pontiac GTO Judge gets its name from the popularity of the same character, and used the phrase, "Here comes the Judge" in advertising.
