Fresh paint and a good detailing would take it a long way....maybe check eBay periodically for some replacement interior woodgrain bits.

No smog tests on record since 2013. I suspect the buyer got it home and balked at the body damage, trashed interior and hidden rust. Wouldn't surprise me if they bought it for the 400 V8 only to find out it and the radiator were full of Bars Leaks. :(
